Office / Building Manager
The office/building manager is responsible for the day to day operations and maintenance of the corporate office building in Denver, CO, including contract and vendor management.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Position in – Houston, TX, Aurora CO, Whittier, SD, Raleigh, NC, Columbia, SC, Greeley, CO
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing general building maintenance repairs and performs unit make-ready duties on empty units. Responsible for 24-Hour emergency maintenance call outs; carry mobile phone/radio as required for on-call Maintenance. Assists with annual inspections with outside vendors on backflow pressure testing, elevators, fire panel, and fire extinguisher testing and all other duties as assigned.
Assistant Community Manager–
Positions in -Memphis, TN, Whittier, SD, Birmingham, AL, Fort Worth, IN,
The Assistant Community Manager is responsible, under the direction of the Community Manager, for all phases of the property operations, and to act as the main point of contact in the absence of the Community Manager. In-depth knowledge of property programs i.e. Project-Based Section 8, LIHTC, etc. Conducts new resident orientation. Responsible for all office clerical duties including filing, answering phone calls and administration of affordable housing paperwork.
Positions in – Fort Worth, TX, Aurora, CO
The Groundskeeper is responsible for daily removal of litter and debris from all areas of the property (areas include: laundry rooms, dumpster area, recreation areas, parking, general grounds, and walkways to, from and in between buildings).
