Project Manager- Denver, CO

Under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, the Project Manager project manages multi-family property operations projects. This includes enforcing project document management, reviewing project progress, incorporating cost controls, leading the coordination of meetings, and interpreting documents like contracts, policy, and procedures as required. This role requires a good understanding of multi-family housing and or real estate operations to manage all aspects of complex projects from inception to conclusion for the operations team. Corporate Office


Community Manager– Cleveland, TX

The Community Manager with PB Section 8 and LIHTC experience is responsible for daily operations of their assigned property. The Community Manager is responsible for assisting the Regional Manager regarding but not limited to: evaluating staffing needs, hiring and terminating staff, and ensuring the property is performing up to company standards (including unit turns, routine maintenance, leasing, occupancy, etc.).  In addition, the Community Manager assist in the development of budgets and ensuring properties operate within the set budgets.  Park Place Apartments


Community Manager– Kansas City, MO

The Community Manager with PB Section 8 and LIHTC experience is responsible for daily operations of their assigned property. Maintenance Technician Kansas City, MO

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing general building maintenance repairs and performs unit make-ready duties on empty units. Responsible for 24-Hour emergency maintenance call outs; carry mobile phone/radio as required for on-call Maintenance. Assists with annual inspections with outside vendors on back flow pressure testing, elevators, fire panel and fire extinguisher testing and all other duties as assigned.  Brighton Place Apartments

Janitorial Maintenance Technician (part-time) Watertown, SD

This part-time Janitorial maintenance position must provide; a clean, sanitary comfortable, orderly and satisfying surrounding for the residents, employees, and visitors. The Janitorial Maintenance Tech must follow the instructions as given for handling, cleaning, disposing, and moving of objects/materials. The Janitorial maintenance technician is also responsible for completing light building maintenance and repairs and performs unit make-ready duties on empty units. Tower Apartments
